Existing subscribers
Monthly subscribers who pay Disney directly will move onto the new prices from their first billing date on or after 18 November.
Annual subscribers will pay the new prices from their first renewal date on or after 2 December.
Subscribers already on a six-month saver plan will keep their current price until the six-month term ends, after which they move onto the new monthly price.
Disney’s UK Subscriber Agreement requires the company to email customers at least 28 days before a price change takes effect.
The new prices do not apply directly to customers who receive Disney+ through Sky or another provider bundle, as their terms depend on the individual deal.
