NOW has launched two new Sky Sports memberships, with prices starting at £19.99 a month.
The streaming service announced the Football and Multi-Sport Memberships on Tuesday (13 October), and both sit alongside its existing All Sky Sports membership.
The Multi-Sport Membership costs from £19.99 a month and covers Sky Sports’ coverage outside of football. It includes every Formula 1 race weekend, golf majors, men’s and women’s international cricket, year-round tennis, darts, rugby and the NFL.
The Football Membership costs from £23.99 a month and gives fans access to more than 1,500 live matches this season. Its coverage spans the Premier League, WSL, EFL, SPFL and other competitions.
All Sky Sports still carries the complete line-up from £27.99 a month, which is £4 more than Football and £8 more than Multi-Sport.
NOW quoted the following minimum-term prices for its three Sky Sports memberships:
- Multi-Sport — from £19.99 a month
- Football — from £23.99 a month
- All Sky Sports — from £27.99 a month
“Every sports fan has the moments they can’t wait for, whether it’s kick-off, the first ball of a Test match or a match-winning double in the darts,” said Carli Kerr, MD of Sky TV & NOW.
“With our new memberships, fans have more choice over the sport they pay for. Football fans can choose Football, and fans of F1, cricket, golf and more can pick Multi-Sport,” Kerr added.
The launch lands on an evening of Championship and EFL Trophy action on Tuesday (13 October). Newcastle United v Aston Villa follows on Saturday Night Football (17 October), and Super Sunday (18 October) features Leeds United v Manchester United and Nottingham Forest v Arsenal.
Multi-Sport members get year-round ATP and WTA tennis, leading golf events and the latest NFL games.
The NOW app runs on more than 60 compatible devices and groups the live and upcoming events for each membership under its Sport section. When Premier League fixtures overlap, Multiview puts selected live matches together on one screen.
Customers can add Boost for Full HD 1080p, Dolby Digital 5.1 sound and streaming on two devices at once. NOW also offers Ultra Boost with All Sky Sports and Multi-Sport, with availability varying by content and device.
Customers can buy the Football and Multi-Sport Memberships directly from NOW, Apple and Amazon. NOW customers who access the service through EE will keep the full Sky Sports line-up with All Sky Sports.
