Those travelling in London this weekend can expect several disruptions to Underground and Overground services, with some lines suffering delays and others partly or entirely closed at times.

This is according to the latest travel status information from Transport for London (TfL), which has outlined expected disruptions to its network in the coming days.

The Piccadilly line will experience severe disruption over this weekend, starting on Friday, when there is no service between Cockfosters and Uxbridge. Note that trains will continue to operate between Acton Town and Heathrow International Airport.

Also on Friday, the Metropolitan and Bakerloo lines are experiencing minor delays, with the latter suspended between Lambeth North and Elephant & Castle due to a track fault.

On Saturday and Sunday, the Piccadilly line’s woes will continue – services will be completely unavailable between 00:30am and 04:30am on both days. After 04:30am, there will be no service between Cockfosters and Heathrow, with trains only running between Acton Town and Uxbridge on both days.

The Windrush line will be partly closed on Sunday. Sunday will also see disruptions to the DLR and Lioness and Mildmay Overground lines.

Replacement bus services are running throughout the weekend where necessary to address line closures. Note that Waterloo & City services do not operate on the weekend.
