London tube and train disruptions this weekend: 30 Jan – 1 Feb
London Underground and Overground services will be disrupted this weekend, with some lines partly closed and others running a reduced service.
This is according to the latest data from Transport for London (TfL)’s travel status portal, which shows that the majority of disruptions are expected on Saturday and Sunday.
Friday sees good service on almost all lines, with only temporary minor delays on the Northern line between Camden Town and Battersea Power Station at the time of writing.
On Saturday, travellers on the London Overground will meet with a reduced service on the Suffragette line between Gospel Oak and Barking Riverside, as well as a part closure of the Mildmay line between Camden Road and Richmond / Shepherd’s Bush.
The Central line will also be partly closed on Saturday, with no service between Bethnal Green and Epping / Hainault.
Disruptions will be more extensive on Sunday 1 February, with the previous day’s issues persisting all through the weekend in addition to other service changes.
On Sunday, the DLR will be partly closed between Shadwell and Tower Gateway, as will the Elizabeth line between Ealing Broadway and Paddington. The latter will run a reduced service from Paddington to Heathrow Terminal 4 / Maidenhead.
The Weaver Overground line will be completely closed on Sunday until 10:15, and the Windrush line will not run any service between Sydenham and Crystal Palace.
Replacement bus services are running throughout the weekend where necessary to address line closures. Note that Waterloo & City services do not operate on the weekend.
