Most London tube and train lines will be running in some capacity this weekend, although many will be affected by part closures and delays.
According to the travel status information published by Transport for London (TfL) on Friday 26 September, several London Underground and Overground services will be affected by delays or part closures at various points this weekend, with certain lines also running a reduced service.
Friday is relatively unaffected by tube and train disruptions, with only the Victoria line subject to severe delays caused by an earlier points fault at Highbury & Islington. The Hammersmith & City line will experience minor delays.
On Saturday, part closures will affect a number of London Underground lines, disrupting normal service on the Bakerloo, District, DLR, and Piccadilly networks. Delays will continue to pervade the Victoria and Hammersmith & City lines through Saturday.
Sunday will see these part closures persist, and the Elizabeth line will also be affected.
On the London Overground network, part closures will affect the Lioness and Windrush lines on Saturday, and both the Liberty and Weaver lines will be completely closed on Sunday for planned works.
Replacement bus services are running throughout the weekend where necessary to address line closures. Note that Waterloo & City services do not operate on the weekend.
