London tube and train disruptions this weekend: 6 – 8 February
Travellers on the Northern line can expect disruption this weekend, with the Elizabeth line also affected by closures on Sunday.
This is according to the latest data from Transport for London (TfL)’s travel status portal, which shows the expected disruption to services on the London Underground and Overground networks.
All services will be operating on Friday, although minor delays are affecting the Jubilee line due to a faulty signal. The Mildmay and Suffragette lines will also be running a reduced service late in the evening.
On both Saturday and Sunday, the Northern line will be partly closed between Kennington and Morden, which will make it difficult for commuters living in the south of London to easily move into and out of the city. Services will operate as normal on the active stretch of the line.
The Elizabeth line will run a reduced service on Sunday and be partly closed in the early morning, with no trains running between Ealing Broadway and Paddington.
Sunday will also see the part closure of the DLR between Shadwell and Tower Gateway, as well as the part closure of the Windrush line between Clapham Junction and Surrey Quays.
Replacement bus services are running throughout the weekend where necessary to address line closures. Note that Waterloo & City services do not operate on the weekend.
