London tube and Overground disruptions this weekend: 17-19 October
Several London tube and train lines will experience part closures and delays this weekend, with most disruption occuring on Sunday 19 October.
Travel status information published by Transport for London (TfL) reveals that both the Bakerloo and Piccadilly lines will experience delays on Friday 17 October, with a reduced service running on the Mildmay and Sufragette Overground lines.
On Saturday 18 October, minor delays on the Bakerloo and Piccadilly lines will persist, and the Metropolitan line will be closed between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Uxbridge.
All Overground services are expected to run with good service on Saturday.
Sunday 19 October will see the Metropolitan line remain partly closed, and the DLR, District, and Piccadilly will also experience part closures throughout the day. The Elizabeth line will run a reduced service between Paddington and Heathrow Terminal 4 / Maidenhead.
Part closures will also affect the Mildmay and Weaver lines on Sunday, and the Windrush line will run a special service between Crystal Palace and New Cross Gate.
Replacement bus services are running throughout the weekend where necessary to address line closures. Note that Waterloo & City services do not operate on the weekend.

- Picadilly – Minor Delays (Cockfosters ↔ Heathrow Terminal 4/5) and Part Closure (Acton Town ↔ Uxbridge)
Sunday 19 October:
- District – Part Closure (Turnham Green ↔ Richmond)
- DLR – Part Closure (Shadwell ↔ Tower Gateway)
- Elizabeth – Reduced Service (Heathrow Terminal 4 / Maidenhead ↔ Paddington)
- Metropolitan – Part Closure (Harrow-on-the-Hill ↔ Uxbridge)
- Picadilly – Part Closure (Acton Town ↔ Uxbridge)
- Mildmay – Part Closure (Richmond ↔ Willesden Junction)
