London tube and train disruptions: 10-12 October
A number of London tube and train lines will experience closures or reduced service this weekend, but most will be unaffected by issues.
The travel status information published by Transport for London (TfL) on Friday 10 October shows that while London Underground services will be affected by a few closures and some will run a reduced service, the network will generally run without issue over the weekend.
On Friday, there are no planned closures on the TfL network, with good service across all Underground and Overground lines.
The Piccadilly line will be partly closed on both Saturday and Sunday for the whole day, with alternative routes available via the Metropolitan line.
The DLR will also be partly closed between Woolwich Arsenal and West Ham on Saturday and Sunday.
On Sunday, the Elizabeth line will run a reduced service between Paddington and Maidenhead and Heathrow Terminal 4, with fewer trains running per hour than usual.
The Sufragette line will be closed on Sunday between Woodgrange Park and Barking Riverside.
Replacement bus services are running throughout the weekend where necessary to address line closures. Note that Waterloo & City services do not operate on the weekend.
