The Central line, District Light Railway (DLR), and certain Overground train services will be affected by closures this weekend.
According to the travel status information published by Transport for London (TfL) on Friday 29 August, commuters in London can expect a number of disruptions to public transport within the city over the coming weekend.
The Central Line continues to be affected by an ongoing part closure between Hainault and Newbury Park and between Hainault and Woodford. There will be no service between these stations through Sunday 31 August. This includes night tube services.
On Saturday and Sunday, the DLR will be partly closed, with no service between Stratford International / Poplar and Woolwich Arsenal / Beckton.
Sunday will also see disruptions to a number of Overground services, with part closures on the Lioness, Mildmay, and Windrush lines.
Replacement bus services are running throughout the weekend where necessary to address line closures. Note that Waterloo & City services do not operate on the weekend.

Saturday 30 August:
- Central Line – Part Closure (Hainault ↔ Newbury Park, Hainault ↔ Woodford)
- DLR – Part Closure (Beckton ↔ Poplar, Woolwich Arsenal ↔ Poplar, Woolwich Arsenal ↔ Stratford International)
Sunday 31 August:
- Central Line – Part Closure (Hainault ↔ Newbury Park, Hainault ↔ Woodford)
- DLR – Part Closure (Beckton ↔ Poplar, Woolwich Arsenal ↔ Poplar, Woolwich Arsenal ↔ Stratford International)
- Lioness – Part Closure (Kilburn High Road ↔ London Euston) from 00:00 until 12:00 and from 20:30 onwards
- Mildmay – Part Closure (Camden Road ↔ Stratford International) from 22:15 onwards
- Windrush – Part Closure (West Croydon ↔ Sydenham, Clapham Junction ↔ Surrey Quays)
All closures listed above apply for the whole day unless otherwise specified.
