London tube and train disruptions this weekend: 13-15 March
Delays will be prevalent across the London Underground and Overground networks this weekend, with many services disrupted.
This is according to the latest travel status information from Transport for London (TfL). Several delays and closures are expected over the coming weekend, with the bulk of the disruption expected on Saturday and Sunday.
On Friday, the Central and Hammersmith & City lines are experiencing minor delays, and there are severe delays on the Elizabeth line between Heathrow Airport /Reading and Paddington due to faulty overhead wires at Hayes & Harlington.
The South London tram service is also suspended between Sandilands and New Addington on Friday.
Saturday and Sunday will see major disruptions across the TfL network, with many lines partly closed over the entire weekend.
The Circle, District, DLR, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, and Elizabeth lines will all suffer part closures on stretches of their service for the duration of the weekend.
Disruption is also expected for London Overground services, with the Liberty line completely closed for the weekend, the Mildmay line partly closed for most of Saturday and Sunday, and the Weaver line entirely closed from late Saturday night until late Sunday morning.
There will also be no service between Gospel Oak and Barking Riverside on Sunday.
Replacement bus services are running throughout the weekend where necessary to address line closures. Note that Waterloo & City services do not operate on the weekend.
